At Brookfield our personal trainer is Eamonn Shannon. Having been a successful athlete Eamonn has a vast array of knowledge and experience in the area of cardio and weight training to share with his personal training clients. Eamonn Shannon provides personal training & gym instruction. He also provides personalised programmes and nutritional advice second to none. He will ensure that all goals set by you will be monitored and most importantly achieved.

If you have a special occasion coming up and want to look your best then Eamonn can help you achieve the results that you desire. He will motivate and keep you on the right track to ensure that you achieve the goals that you have set for yourself.

You can book for a single session to get yourself started and working in the right direction or maybe you just want a few new ideas to make your training more enjoyable and beneficial.

If you prefer to have someone at your side to motivate and help you with your training on a more constant basis then you can book a number of personal training sessions.
