The Centre boasts a well equipped gymnasium including a range of cardio vascular machines, weight machines and free weights, catering for all levels of fitness. We provide for supervised gym programs and fitness classes.

We also have a racquetball court, three tennis courts, a boule area and a large multi-purpose hall. for relaxation, the sauna can be hired for individual use.
