    Fitness Classes at The Mardyke Arena

    * Spinning - A spin class for all based on varied intensities. From speed work to slow climbs working at different resistance levels throughout, you are guaranteed a heart raising, fat burning workout.

    * Power Core Ball / Bodyball Blast / Core Ball Concentrate - Using stability/swiss balls, experience deep core conditioning- this class will help you identify and strengthen muscles you didn’t know you had. A strength orientated class for those who want to improve their posture and strengthen and tighten their torsos. Taught at multi-levels; all levels welcome.

    * Cardio Kickbox - A high octane class incorporating martial arts moves and aerobic work into a total body workout. Increase upper and lower body strength and release buckets of stress. Fast paced and furious! General level is suitable for all levels of experience and fitness.

    * Step it Out - There’s a reason step aerobics has been around for so long- because it works! A fun high energy choreographed class to burn fat and increase cardiovascular stamina- will tone lower body especially and aid your agility and coordination.

    * Boot Camp Circuits - Boot Camp is back! This is a challenging circuits based class guaranteed to push you to the limit. In Boot Camp you get a no nonsense circuit of tough exercises to burn fat, increase strength and increase your cardiovascular endurance. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

    * Total Tone - A high intensity challenging conditioning class that will guarantee results!
    This lo-impact class combines upper and lower body strength and endurance movement with full body core work for a comprehensive workout. Suitable for those of a medium to advanced fitness level.

    * Aqua antics / Aqua attack - Aqua Aerobics is designed to tone and firm muscles, burn fat and provide a thorough aerobic conditioning class. It also encourages mobility with controlled stretching. In the water all these goals can be accomplished in one workout without needing the ability to swim. Suitable for all fitness levels, non-swimmers or for anyone with joint problems or injuries.

    * H.I.T. - HIT (High Intensity Training) is an exciting new addition to our timetable. HIT! mixes muscular endurance moves with high intensity anaerobic activity to keep the heart rate up and ensure you are burning fat long after your workout finishes. H.I.T is suitable for regular exercisers.
